At YeeSIM, we strive to provide a seamless experience from purchase to activation. If you're not satisfied with your eSIM for any reason, we're here to help — no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.
30-Day Hassle-Free Refund Guarantee
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. You may request a refund for any unused eSIM, no questions asked.
Eligibility:
- eSIM must not be activated or used
- Refund request must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
- eSIM must have been purchased directly from YeeSIM
Note: Activated, expired, or used eSIMs are not eligible for refunds due to the digital nature of the product.
Preventing Abuse
To keep things fair for all customers, we reserve the right to:
- Limit refunds to a maximum of 2 no-questions-asked refunds per customer every 6 months
- Decline refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated refunding behavior
These measures ensure our flexible policy is used as intended — to support honest customers.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hi@yeesim.co with:
- Your order number
- Email address used at checkout
- Optional: a short note so we can learn how to improve
Eligible refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
eSIM Use and Diagnostics
Not sure if your eSIM has been activated or used? You can check your plan status, remaining data, and validity through the plan details page or QR code link.
Helpful information:
- You can reinstall deleted eSIMs using the original QR code (on the same device only)
- All eSIMs are valid for 180 days before activation, and duration starts after activation
Non-Refundable Items
We are unable to refund:
- Activated or used eSIMs
- eSIMs expired past the 180-day non-activation window
- eSIMs purchased from third-party sites or resellers
- Gift cards, coupons, or promotional orders
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you ordered from within the European Union, you have the legal right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase — for any reason — as long as the eSIM has not been activated, in accordance with consumer protection law.
